何燕霖,女,1973年7月生,工学博士,教授、博导。
简历:1995年从东北大学金属物理专业毕业获得工学学士学位;同年,在西安工业大学材料系任助教, 2000年获得材料加工工程专业硕士学位并被聘为讲师; 2004年获得上海大学材料学博士学位,同年在材料学院任讲师;2005年应邀赴比利时鲁汶大学做博士后工作;2007年被上海大学材料学院聘为副教授,2012年被聘为教授,2013年被聘为博导。
研究方向:
金属材料设计;材料强韧化研究。
主要科研项目:
1)双相不锈钢中σ相析出行为的相图热力学和动力学(国家自然科学基金面上项目),2010-2012,课题负责人。
2)基于热力学,动力学计算模拟以及关键实验的TRIP钢开发(钢铁研究总院行业共性技术研究项目),2010-2014,课题负责人。
3)先进高强钢在高速变形条件下的行为规律及热力学动力学机制(国家自然科学基金重点项目),2010-2013,课题第二完成人。
4)高塑性多相组织汽车用薄板钢的基础研究(国家973项目),2010-2014,课题第三完成人。
主要成果:
作为技术骨干获得以下奖项:
1)“先进铁基材料、高科技陶瓷及纳米硬质合金的计算机合金设计”,2005年国际相图委员会工业奖。
2)“780MPa级低碳低硅无铝(低铝)相变诱 发塑性钢”, 2010年冶金科技一等奖。
3) “先进高强汽车用钢研发技术集成与创 新”,2012年冶金科技二等奖。
